The Association offers two types of Membership:
Ordinary Membership - For those serving or who have served in the RAF.
Associate Membership - For family and friends who wish to support the Association.
It costs less than five pence a day to be a member.
The RAF Association helps serving and retired members of the Royal Air Forces and their dependants who need support. This includes those involved in the Falklands, Bosnia and the Gulf to World War II veterans.
What the RAF Association Can Do For You
Provides comradeship with serving past members of the RAF.
Provides advice, support, and care to you and your dependants if things go wrong. Illness or injury can hit at any time.
Provides a network of RAF contacts when you relocate or leave the service.
The RAF Retired Sevice Card (similar to a Veterans Card in the USA) will enable you to prove your RAF credentials as well as offering discounts on a range of goods and services. Current cost £10.
Provides disability and War Pensions advice.
Publishes four editions of Air Mail magazine each year which will keep you up to date with developments in
The RAF Association, and provide latest details of discount offers.
Allows you to continue to participate in RAF sports.
Brings together the entire RAF family from Air Cadets to World War II
